Praxisbezug - Human Resource Management MSc

The programme will involve a blend of methods and approaches intended to promote effective student learning and professional development. Lectures and seminars will draw upon the practitioner experience and academic expertise of staff, and will be supported by the use of case studies and other scenarios.
In-class work in small groups will enable you to share ideas and experiences, and apply these to scenarios and case studies based on real-life organisational contexts.
Teaching materials, lecture notes and other guidance will be available online within the University’s virtual learning environment (Blackboard).
The location of the programme, Putteridge Bury campus, has a well-stocked library and learning resources centre, where most of the physical resources appropriate to the programme are located and available.
There will be opportunities for frequent meetings with tutors for dissertation support.
