Creative and Cultural Management
Praxisbezug
The course enables managers, aspiring managers and practitioners interested in self-management to develop a combination of managerial and administrative skills, including advanced problem solving, within an ethical, political, epistemological and social framework that considers the nature, purpose and function of the creative and cultural industries. The programme combines the development of appropriate managerial and practical skills with an exploration of the theories, policies and issues that underpin artistic and cultural activities and organisations, whether private sector, public sector or non-governmental (such as charities). It is intended to attract a vibrant, eclectic mix of students across discipline lines.
