Programm - MSc Human Resource Development

Entry Requirements: A good degree; graduate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. PgDip in Personnel Management is usually required. Existing qualifications are taken into account.
This programme is available in both full-time and part-time modes of study.
Full-time students can achieve a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PgDHRM) and gain Graduate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in only 8 months. There is then the opportunity to 'top up' the Pg Diploma to a Masters award.
Part-time students take two years to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PgDPM) and achieve Graduate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Students can then opt to study for the Masters award over twelve months.
Applications from candidates who have already achieved Graduate membership of the CIPD who wish to 'top up' to a Masters level award are welcome. The currency of the existing qualification will be taken into account at the applications stage.
