Programm - MBA, Special Track International Logistics Management

The General Track of the MBA focuses on growing competencies in the area of Organizational Change and Transformational Leadership. In order to prepare yourself for a special career we offer three Special Tracks in :
• International Project Management,
• International Human Resources Management and
• International Logistics Management
Each Special Track consists of 4 – 6 seminars which can be selected as an alternative to the seminars of the General Track. During these seminars you will be in a smaller group of peers which want to spezialise in a specific functional area.

The Special Track INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT is designed to enable executive personnel to plan, implement and control logistics processes in order to design and evaluate the best system to meet the internal and external customer requirements.
