Programm - MBA, Special Track International Human Resources Management

The General Track of the MBA focuses on growing competencies in the area of Organizational Change and Transformational Leadership. In order to prepare yourself for a special career we offer three Special Tracks in :
• International Project Management,
• International Human Resources Management and
• International Logistics Management
Each Special Track consists of 4 – 6 seminars which can be selected as an alternative to the seminars of the General Track. During these seminars you will be in a smaller group of peers which want to spezialise in a specific functional area.

The Special Track in INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT is designed to enable managers and HRM personnel to understand business strategies, people and processes in order to find effective ways to contribute to the success of the company. HRM is seen in its context of culture and special business requirements. Therefore the participants of our MBA HRM focus will acquire transferable knowledge about innovative HR tools and instruments representing state-of-the-art research.
