Programm - Master of Law

This Program deals with the formation of international agreements, their performance, recission, measure of damages, UN Convention on International Sale of Goods, European Lando principles, incoterms, carriage of goods by sea, land and air, the sources of international law, the relationship between international court and municipal courts. The basic aim is to introduce students to the regulation of the internet. The Program covers all aspects of the formation of international commercial agreements, their performance or non-performance, recision for mistake and other reasons, and damages.
