A one year full-time taught Masters course in advertising, written and delivered by the award winning team at the Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College. Believed to be the first of its kind, the course is international in outlook and is centred on the role of creative planning in advertising. Its objectives are to combine the practical benefits of the traditional graduate training programmes, with the academic approach of a university course. All aspects of the Course are underpinned by a strong creative culture that has built up around the undergraduate course. The Course Team is very much in agreement with industry opinion that there is a need for advertisers to come, not from a single source, but a diverse range of backgrounds and experience. To this end, students are drawn from both creative and non creative backgrounds and might already be working in industry.
