Programm - MA Leisure Management

The MA in Leisure Management is a one year programme, running from September to September. Teaching consists of an Introduction week and two 15-week semesters, from late September to the following June. Students must take all 10 modules and they must also complete a dissertation by the beginning of September.
All the modules are applied specifically to the relevant sector under study. In the Autumn Semester, lectures are joint with Art & Heritage Management and Sports and Recreation programmes with separate tutorials and seminars. In the Spring, students work in small groups for Planning and Events Management, with some joint teaching for Research Methods and Management Principles and Practice.
