This course gives you the opportunity to gain two qualifications - this masters includes the professional CIPD standards enabling people to gain graduate membership of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. You will consider the latest ideas, theories and practice relevant to HR in all types of organisations including, if required, an in-depth understanding of national and international HR, develop your existing HR expertise and advance your analytical and reflective capabilities, develop your understanding of contemporary strategic HRM concepts - gain the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively at the most senior levels.
You will be introduced to international HR practices and management research.
