The "East Asian Management" MBA is a new, exciting initiative from one of the oldest Graduate Centers in Germany. Intercultural competences are getting more and more important in the international field of work and therefore the IGC established this MBA with a well balanced combination of management-, intercultural- and language-know-how.
The program aims to provide students with practice-oriented knowledge for the solution of management tasks in international enterprises and organizations. The curriculum consists of a mixture of business and cross-cultural classes, integrating communication skills as well as professional management know-how. The program is rounded up by language classes that impart the basic language knowledge of the chosen/relevant region.
The program is taught entirely in English, inviting both German and international students who want to further develop their international career with a focus on the Asian Market. Small classes allow individual tutoring and counseling of each student. The program is staffed with highly qualified people with an international background, including both experienced practitioners and committed academics.
The prerequisites to enter the EAM study program are a non-economic first degree, two years of work-experience and good English skills.
