Schwerpunkte / Curriculum - Production and Operations Management

The MSc program conveys management skills and economic expertise for engineers who aspire to assume leadership positions within operations management.

The course program covers basic knowledge in industrial management with special emphasis on information technology, production logistics and human resources. The technical subjects are then supplemented with economics subjects.

The participants will learn some of the concepts and techniques available to support the operations management e.g. techniques associated with decision-support and decision-making.



The program conveys:
• Analytical thinking, Problem solving and communication skills as key methods for success
• Planning and controlling of operations systems
• Methods of Project Management as well as
• Human Resource Management.
