The MBA Banking course is divided into two stages. Stage One lasts one year and consists of six modules, which give a solid grounding in all the key business functions. Modules are tailored towards the banking sector.

Marketing and Operations Management
Managing People (block study)
Stage Two relates the material of Stage One to major strategic issues.

Comparative Management (including overseas study visit)

Research Methods
Treasury Management
The dissertation is a major piece of work of approximately 15,000 words, based on research into the banking sector organisation or industry. The Research Methods module in Stage Two of the course prepares you for this, and the dissertation is normally submitted at the end of the semester after Stage Two of the course.
