Health and Social Care - Professional Education
Schwerpunkte / Curriculum
The programme is offered on a part-time basis and is modular in structure.
The core modules are:
- Context of Professional Education
- Practice of Professional Education
- Curriculum Development
- Research
The Research module consists of a research proposal which MEd students will normally use as the foundation for their Dissertation.
Optional modules can be chosen either from the School of Health and Social Care or from the wider university curriculum.
Optional modules include:
- Leadership
- The Principles of Mentorship
- Assessment and Evaluation of Learning in the Clinical Environment
- Work Based Learning
