Programme Structures
Students usually complete core modules, e.g: How Adults Learn I, Theology of Adult Education, Understanding Process in Adult Education and Design for Learning. They then have a range of options from elective modules, e.g: How Adults Learn II, Consultation, Ethics and Adult Education, The Cultural Context of Adult Education and Research Methods, or modules from other equivalent programmes offered by the University. Those working towards the Masters degree will take the Research Methods module as a preliminary to undertaking supervised research in an area of special interest.
