This innovative and unique MA in Conflict Management and Transformation was designed to create a positive and practical impact in today’s busy and demanding society. Conflict is one of the most significant causes of business costs, lost productivity, limiting beliefs, relationship failure, stress, and ineffective learning.
Relevant, versatile, and rooted in sound theory, the MA in Conflict Management and Transformation is a two-year, part-time modular programme, which is constructed to:
- develop a deeper understanding of the dynamics of conflict
- examine approaches to preventing, managing, intervening in, and transforming conflict
- explore how individuals and organisations might become empowered in the face of conflict
