Nottingham University Business School is a leading centre of management education and its mission is to be a top ranked international business school, excellent in both teaching and research. We offer top quality AMBA accredited MBA programmes, which are widely recognised as an ideal preparation for senior positions in both the public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally. Our graduates are highly sought after in the job market, with many alumni holding senior management positions both in the UK and internationally. The School currently has a population of 200 staff and 2500 students.
The Business School is among the top ten in the UK. The 2005 Times Good University Guide ranks the School 7th out of 98 UK management schools. The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) rates it as "excellent" for teaching, with the MBA programmes receiving particular praise.
The School's research is world-class: we achieved a Grade 5 rating in the 2001 Research Assessment Exercise, which means that the School's research is of international excellence.
