In 1995 the first groups in higher education were started within the Audentes Group. Since then, the University has grown and has become the biggest private university in Estonia.

The University is comprised of three academic schools: The School of Business, The School of Law and The School of Social Sciences and Humanities. All bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs are compiled with due regard to international perspectives and requirements.
The Audentes Group acquired Concordia International University in Estonia in 2003, after which the institution of International University Concordia Audentes was formed under the Audentes University.
