One of the main characteristics of EDHEC Business School is its ambition, particularly the ambition to change and develop. It was the first Grande Ecole in France with a double campus following the opening of the second campus in Nice in 1991 and in 2006, EDHEC opened a third site in La Défense in Paris on the Léonard de Vinci campus.

Because EDHEC is continually growing and more space is needed for the new services it offers its students, expansion plans for both Nice and Lille are now underway. In 2009, there will be a move to a new campus in Lille, the School's third move since it was founded over 100 years ago while the Nice campus will benefit from an extension of 7500m2.
